Blake graduated from Willamette University College of Law his law degree in 2005 He then passed the bar exam and began practicing insurance law at Bullivant Houser Bailey in Portland Oregon In 2007 Blake moved to Sacramento California where he shifted the focus of his practice to construction law In 2009 Blake moved back to Portland Oregon where he continued practicing construction law at Ball Janik LLP where his focus was construction defect litigation for homeowners In 2013 Blake started his own practice focusing on construction law and personal injury law in Gresham Oregon Blake was born and raised in east Multnomah County He graduated from Reynolds High School In college at Eastern Oregon University Blake studied politics and English and graduated in 2002 Blake is a CASA volunteer and he participates in the ASPIRE program at Reynolds High School
